Guidehouse is for sure hiring.
I know people say guidehouse had high turnover but you have to think that they just had a merger so it would be expected. I know people In the rev cycle space and they are happy there. Just FYI.
We are actively hiring for this level. Send me a message
You can check out Cerner. They typically have need for folks who have rev cycle expertise. 80-100 give or take
I worked at another company called cerner before I came to Deloitte. Cerner is a healthcare IT company that is a leading vendor in that space. That’s the one I know about
R1RCM is hiring right now. Great culture and opportunities for growth within.
I would look into Guidehouse perhaps
G1, true that there is turnover, but I think you are not giving the complete picture. To the question, GH is going through changes, but we are hitting on some deals. Culture is very team based and thus uneven firm wide, but if you get in a good group, you'll be just fine.

If you are interested in the federal healthcare space we are hiring. DM if interested.

Cognizant is hiring healthcare consultants too, but not sure I’d recommend the company
