I've been interviewing with some companies, and now I have to decide between JPMorgan Chase and Globant.
Globant is more innovative, and has remote work. I will enter to work with a Sillicon Valley startup based in San Francisco. The tech stack is React, Nextjs, AWS, and a serverless architecture.
JPM is semi remote, and less innovative. The tech stack Java, SpringBoot and AWS. But I'd do more migration tasks, like dockerize projects and pass them to kubernetes. What would you choose?

Banks can't single-handedly solve diversity. Also, diversity isn't a goal in an of itself, and it really never should be.
Just shut up and work on your pitchbook
OP, your comment is the definition of racism.
What do you mean “still struggling” ? Many banks have diversity requirements that allow minorities a more favorable chance of employment. The problem isnt racism its cultural differences.
Afri Americans? Is the keyboard on your blackberry broken?
To the person who thinks it’s a culture difference: you’re an idiot and part of the problem
^im an Afri American. Dont be so ignorant
My 2c: Cultural fit is a code word for acting a certain way which requires a certain kind of background and...AAs and Hispanics are underrepresented in this background and have a harder time understanding how they are supposed to act to fit in.
