Why are only India employees getting email communication on office presence below 60% and are asked to clarify? Either implement the policy for every region or none. All three cities have insane traffic, rains and it is logical that some weeks you may not be able to to three day to the office to save time in travel and use that for work instead. When most companies are adopting flexible model, we are going backward in India.

I’m a scheduler in a major hospital, see my position in other departments being advertised as remote available. How can I successfully negotiate WFH? I’d like to cut down on my 44-mile one way commute.
