I am a graduating student who just got offered 65k for a solution analyst role at Deloitte USDC (Data Engineering Focus). From reading previous posts it seems to be a lot of negative thoughts surrounding the USDC, but straight out of college is this a good opportunity?
I'm looking to gain as much experience as possible out of college in an IT role and wondering what exit opportunities may be in place a year or two down the road if there is little/slow progression.
Any Advice?

This isn't a satisfying answer, but what you're experiencing is simply a sign of the times. This job market is brutal and it seems like a lot of organizations are hesitant to hire anyone. And if they do engage in hiring, they seem to slow walk it. Don't be too hard on yourself, you may be doing everything right and still hit obstacles.
It's not personal. The application blackhole is a real thing. I've had hiring managers tell me they get 500+ applications for one role and only look at the first 50. Timing and luck matter more than anyone wants to admit.
I agree. Plus the market is truly brutal right now. It is impacting fresh graduates and folks with experience at the same time.
Hiring managers seem to be overwhelmed with the number of candidates they need to choose from.
While the process of applying seems like an endless loop, try strategically applying to companies. I wasted a lot of time continuously applying to jobs in certain big pharma companies day and night to never get a response ( I reapplied to these companies even after gaining what I felt was relevant experience thinking it would help).
I hate typing this as someone who feels like she has never left the job market after 2023 but it also has so much to do with luck (how quickly you apply to when positions open, availability of the team for interviews etc).
