Why do HR and recruiters ghost you if you don't meet a criteria? I had an interview today with a recruiter. I emailed a few days ago double checking what the location was and that if it was location "X" I won't be able to make the commute so best to cancel the interview. She didn't respond. I followed up half an hour before the interview and nothing. I finally canceled the meeting on my end and wished her well.

Scenario, interviewing a candidate that has great experience for the role however candidate has a lot of tattoos. Nothing crazy or derogatory, would you pass on him/her? Not a customer service job either. Specially manufacturing…. Have you ever passed on a candidate because of tattoos?
