If i accept offer from tcs and not joined there then i can get into tcs in future because of rehire policies .I still have 40 more days to LWD.

Has anyone done the Blackstone pymetrics?
Anyone ever heard of Credigy?
JPMorgan Chase recently introduced a policy change to increase the notice period to 60 days. I'm a 602 and resigned recently and yet my LWD is showing up as 30 days from now. Anyone recently resigned can confirm if they are facing the same or new policy is in effect. This is causing confusion with the next companies I'm interviewing with.

Globalised economy + evidence that remote working can work = offshored jobs to be done remotely much cheaper.
Sure, people can blame it on tariff inertia or AI, but if jobs still need to be done, what do you think’s happening to them.
I’ve seen it many times - offshoring roles and tasks because of cost is absolutely everywhere. AI is just a nice smokescreen right now.
Offshoring suppresses local wages to the point locals find them insulting, giving employers a perfect reason to offshore even further because nobody local wants the jobs.
Locals race to the bottom trying to find the fewer and fewer jobs that have to be done in-person, driving those wages down too.
Sure, some jobs require local knowledge nuances, but there’s ways around that.
In short - not going to get any better anytime soon. Essentially everyone is competing with the entire world’s workers - whether they’re heading to your local country or staying in theirs. It’s a global talent pool now.
