Would like to know how long it takes to schedule an interview after accepting the policies?
Thanks in advance!

Yep, I got my current job via LinkedIn
I could only change jobs in NYC by knowing someone that would refer me. It was either a recruiter or a creative. LinkedIn applications never worked. You’re better off using LinkedIn to find your connections on the inside.
Message the job poster and let them know you’ve just applied and would love to talk more if they have any questions. A message will probably get their attention more than a new application, especially if there’s a lot of applicants.
Yes. I’ve had many interviews and job offers from applying to positions on LinkedIn. You have to do the work to make sure you’re effectively selling yourself on your profile, though, and your chances are better if you’re applying to recently listed opportunities.
So what do you guys actually use to apply ?
I have but I’ve generally always followed the application by reaching out to the recruiter afterwards
A lot of times the linked in job post is actually only a formality and the recruiters never even look at the applications. There’s a law that you have to advertise a job when hiring so it’s equal opportunity, but I’ve spoken with recruiters who say they get 1000s of applications from linked in and never look at them because they end up just bringing in people referred to them or reached out directly. But then again it appears some people do get hired from it...so there’s that.
Never had any luck doing it
Yup
Never even a response
By god I am curious. It feels more like linked in is a void of collecting contacts. The interface is painful.
Got my current job via LinkedIn as well. And I know for a fact my HR trawls our LinkedIn contacts for potential hires.
Always message the job poster. Have gotten to both my agencies through LinkedIn, but NOT the posts, just from getting messages from internal recruiters. Always answer Linkedin requests, and always reach out directly
The awkward “congrats! The job poster reviewed your application” message sucks when you don’t hear back
