Hello all, I am learning DSA on scalar. My only dream company is Microsoft .for me package and level doesn't matter. Just development role so minimum sde 1. And optional if possible wfh. I have 7 years of experience in DOTNET. I am NOT much confidence in DSA. So I need help and guide and support how can I join Microsoft. Right now possible? as I am already learning DSA and not much salary requirements. So can they take me as sde 1. Any view and guidance help to impossible to possible.

This talk is crazy. Good marketing on their part, but crazy. Like 80% of their business is in pharma / med device sales and marketing ops. Salesforce alignment, incentive compensation, some pricing projects. What other consulting firms with only low-middle management client stakeholders, all in one industry, doing all ops work, would be considered T2? And their bill rates, progression, and comp are way lower to reflect all this as well. Their rep on this bowl does not reflect reality and it would be pretty foolish for someone to accept an offer there thinking it is as prestigious as T2 (though there are other reasons to work there of course).

I’ve been in the company over a decade and never touched an ops project, SF alignment or incentive comp work. Pipeline, business development / in-licensing and merger work...
We also have R&D teams working on virtual clinical trials, strategy teams working on due diligence work with senior stakeholders in large Pharma.
I’m not saying this makes us T2, but the scope of work far exceeds the impression you have there.
