Why is it so difficult to even get a response from companies/recruiters when applying for open positions right now? I’ve applied to 20+ jobs I am qualified for in the past few weeks and haven’t heard back from any. Seems like I’m not the only person experiencing this but it is disheartening when you have 11+ years experience in the industry and struggle to find your next opportunity.
