Our diocese has decided on full return 5 days/ week for all 42 schools despite a recent increase in COVID in our communities. Any advice for keeping the full bladder for ultrasound? I feel a little crazy saying this, but more money at this point doesn’t resonate. I see a ton of exit planning and boomerang threads here, but I’d take a 50% pay cut (or a 50% raise) for an exciting role.
