Why these people taking interviews and taking 2 months to process forward? Are they documenting candidates and freezing the positions without joining date? Has anyone experienced this!

In house interview- I am going to hopefully the final round of interview to meet the whole legal team. I was asked about my availability, and it will take 5 hours if in one day. Should I split to multiple days? Will it cause any issues? Anyone on both sides can speak from their experience? Thanks!

Hi, I’m currently working as a recruiter in the light industrial and I’m really sick of the non stop calls, interviews and just the nature of this profile. Earlier I was contemplating moving to another field in recruitment but now I’m considering switching to another profile in HR where I can do backend processes/ payroll/ hr systems, cz I want to leave the calls and interviews and sourcing.. please suggest profiles I could take a dig in and explore? I just came here to vent. Had an interview, I thought it went great. At the end of the interview hiring managers said and I quote “ you set the bar real high” today I received a thank you but no thank you email.

Received a verbal offer/commitment from the engineering team 3 weeks after my interview process. Still sitting and waiting (1.5 weeks) to have the conversation about compensation expectations and finalizing the offer. Is the Google hiring process typically this slow? Hi guys, After CAF completion by last week, yesterday I received a call from the HR for the second round of evaluation. So, I attended it yesterday and performed well by answering 90-95% of the questions. Even the interviewer gave good comments on my performance. But suddenly today I received an email that my candidature isn't suitable for the role and they're keeping my profile in the database. Does this mean they'll call me if there are openings with some other project?

Hi All, I have cleared all rounds for GSK and am being offered grade 7, and HR Hasn’t released the offer yet and asking my expectations. He hasn’t given me the full range. I have 9 + years of exp, and CCTC is 20.7 fixed, last year I got 40% bonus on top of my CTC. What is the range which GSK can offer for grade 7? And will it offer 7a or 7b or anything else?
