So I made this bowl awhile ago and I honestly haven’t been on the app in a minute and I’m so happy to see so many people utilizing this!!! Reviewing a salary offer for a Benefits Manager position in Greensboro, NC industry is retail. Offer made of $95k with 18% bonus. I have 16 YOE, degree in Business, and PHR and Shrm certification. Potential employer has 10k plus employees. I will have two reports and will report directly to the Director of Total Rewards. Any thoughts or advise on offer made? I will let them know on Monday my decision to accept, counter or decline. Thanks!

Is it a bad time to buy a condo in a big city on a conventional mortgage?

Had a great covid rent deal but rent is going back to normal. I want to stay in the location, live in said condo for 1 to 3 or 5 years then move to something bigger (further away from downtown) and rent the condo, eventually for passive income
