Has anyone received band progression mail ?
Is it SAFE joining Wipro as technical lead (B3) with 37LPA? Knowing that package is pretty high as compared to collogues in same band. HR is not ready to give project manager(C1) position.
Appreciate your suggestions/input.

Below points are excellent and very much lacking in wipro.
1.Bench Policy : Excellent Projects you will be having in accenture and even one day you won't be on bench where as in wipro it is not the case, its a rat race for project from the day you join and till you get a project.
2.Promotions : Generally you will get hike of around 20 to 25% when you get promoted, Annual hikes from 5 to 15%
3.Leave Policy : You will get 24 Earned leaves and 12 sick leaves based on location
4.Project deAllocation : If you complete 18 months in a project and if you dnt want to continue in that project you can ask for release and can search for other projects.
5. WFO : As per the new guidelines in Accenture its only one day per week in office, till Feb 2025 WFO is mostly project specific.
6. WLB : I Worked for one of the US banking client which is a major dealer in US, and one of the diamond client for accenture, where they give utmost priority to individuals and their personal life, it was so soothing there when working for that client.
Above points are enough to compare between a 6 billion $ company(wipro) and an anually generating 6 billion $ as profit company(accenture).
