With all the ongoing offshoring and externalization of tech, (for instance,much of Huge Tech was let go), what agencies do you feel have the strongest technical capabilities - in terms of building complex applications utilizing enterprise CMS, real-time commerce, SaaS and web services integration, etc? It is all small boutique vendors or do the larger agencies still have real talent?

How do you help clients set KPIs and give clear goals? The marketing agency I work for doesn't even do a good job of tracking their own KPIs.
I'm trying to help create q 1 goals for 2023, but it feels pointless because the owner seems to not have a clear focus other than teaching classes on marketing to entrepreneurs and small businesses.
