Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

I'm curious what the average salary is for an Associate Agent. I'm licensed & do everything after the sale is made as well as refer new business. I have 14 years in the industry but have been at the current company less than a year, so I know that plays a part as well. Anyone in a like-position by chance?State Farm Allstate Travelers

McKinsey actually pays people not to get sick so they can deliver more value
Confirming it’s 0 with like a $50 annual deductible... they do treat us well to make us work! 😉
Thanks for your insights. I am considering joining McKinsey
Would be surprised if it was anything other than 0
Wow! Nothing out of pocket for monthly premiums sounds awesome!
To clarify It is zero if single. I think if you have a family it is 10 bucks a month or something like that
Awesome. Thanks!

Yeah. BCG and McK health insurance is outstanding. Everything covered at 100% for free.
Damn, paying $34 biweekly at KPMG and I thought it’s expensive...

It can be less at Deloitte. He probably has a PPO plan. Your plan is probably HMO.
I just pay 18.
You want to consider more than premium when determining the overall value. As well as your appetite for risk I suppose. But essentially, total annual premium + expected annual out of pocket expense when using the plan = total cost of ownership. A plan that costs you $1000 in premium a year but has no deductible and low or no copays for common services is better than a free plan with a $5k deductible.
I pay 600 a month. Yep.

$160/month😱

is that just for you or the whole family ? is it a PPO plan or HMO ?

You need to look at coverage as well as premiums. Exactly what is covered, with what price caps, at what percentage? As other noted, the insurance covered everything at 100%. It is “off the charts” good.
