Wondering how my salary looks for my experience compared to people on this bowl?

Context- I am a business major from a non target state school 2023 grad, 1 year in the field. Current base is $94k, low bonuses, work around 30-40 hours a week. Tier 2 HCOL (DC/Seattle/Boston).

I’m in my 3rd year out of college. My salary is 85k with a bonus of 30k (35%), which brings my total comp just slightly below market. How can I ask for more base and less bonus?

I am starting a 4-months internship at a company B in January. However, I just heard from a company T that they will interview me for their full time position.

Company T is paying me way more (twice) than Company B. And I like company T more. However, they want me to start working in February if I get this position. If I end up getting the offer, I will have to quit my internship at Company B, almost immediately after I begin the internship.

Is this okay?

My current CTC was 11.27 LPA with LWD on 28th Feb in Wipro and I am expecting 20 LPA from TCS
My YOE is 9.7 Years in SAS/SQL/SAS Macros.

What do you suggest here , will TCS give me as per my expectation or at what salary should I get satisfied.. ?

I have another Offer Letter of 15LPA with 04-APR joining Date but I don't want to join that org and want to be part of TCS (obviously for Brand and WLB).
