Wondering if I should take this offer: 125k salary, 3% PTO match, and 15 days of PTO for a Salesforce developer position. I have 4 years of experience and currently make 100k but have 21 days of PTO, a 6% 401k match, and better health insurance and other benefits at the company I’m currently at, plus I should be up for promotion next year for a salary of around 120k. Not sure if I should reject/counter the offer but I feel like I should since I’m not getting much more than I MIGHT be next year

What would be the average salary for a Full stack developer with 6 years of experience?

I’m currently a Grade 11 at Cisco. With the recent pay structure changes my annual comp will be $150k + 12% bonus. I live in a large metro area in the middle of the US. I’m looking to move around the company so that I can make commission but I don’t want to be an account manager.
