Work in restaurant as bartender/FOH "manager". I make tips, not manager pay. Ever since no tax on tips has started, my paycheck has a different rate of pay every paycheck. Since 1/1/26, not one check has had same payrate, but math be mathing, I think. But its difficult to tell by no check has same payrate whatsoever. Please make it make sense.
