Working a job right now for about $150-160K TC, but it’s accounting software sales and has heavy ambiguity in terms of upward mobility (and rarely raises)

Is it crazy to want to go to industry or back to PA for career progression? I’m assuming it would be a major pay cut with 3.5 YOE - maybe scrape $100K TC if I’m lucky?

I have a experience of 7 years in digital media.

Desperately want to get into healthcare strategy consulting. 13 years of healthcare clinical experience including project work. MBA. But keep getting told by recruiters that I don't have enough experience to be a Consultant or Manager but that I have too much experience to enter in every level such as a Senior Associate. Just got 145k s2 fdd offer with EY, is it worth moving from Canada?

Hi guys, i have a current CTC of fixed 30L and I got a variable ~8L (32%). I heard that Bofa doesn't give bonus so what is the ideal one can quote the HR and should look reasonable?
PS - I heard that Bofa gives an average hike of 10% whereas in consulting I have always received hike > 20 or above.
Given this and markets I was hoping for ~50L (considering 30+8)? Any suggestions. Also they are in an urgent requirement for the role to be filled. I need suggestions on this number. Thanks in advance

I have been working as a data scientist since 2018 & have been the bread winner. I have neither been under a proper mentor nor with a team of peers from my field to help me out. Do all JE have to be recorded within this date? How does one close it?
