How much yearly hike can one expect at Société Générale ?
"Depends on performance" seems to be a very vague answer.
Can someone please elaborate on a better answer.
Also, Can someone shed some light on promotions?
Is there any policy, like you have to work for X years to be eligible for promotion etc.
Thanks in advance.

No, Bentonville, AR
M1 nah....nobody in Bentinville is paying what OP makes now. They'd be living like royalty! 😂
A SM at WMT is like a Senior Consultant.. just FYI
You only shared your TC then the breakdown of the WMT offer so it’s hard to know.
Do you want to go into retail or CPG? Do you already live in Bentonville? What’s variance with your current base?
“Injustice” to make around $140K as a manager??? lol. You’ve lost touch with reality. Moving to Bentonville is not going to help.
Senior managers at Walmart only make $135k base? I guess with the total package the comp is comparable enough
Remote?
Not a bad gig if you don’t mind the location if they’re making you move. That being said where do you think you’ll find the most rewarding work as comp seems comparable? Do you like the industry within retail/CPG? Does this affect any plans you have for your future career? What’s the end goal at WMT? Do you see anything moving within Accenture? Just things to consider outside of comp. Things I’m sure you have already considered.
