Working in accenture as a technology Manager and being offered a role in walmart as a Senior Manager. Current comp somewhere in range of 175k while walmart offering approx 135k, 20% bonus and 25k RSU. Not sure if I should make the jump as salary wise not a big deal and have total of 15 yoe.

Hi Fishes, I'm in a huge dilemma now. Im currently working with TCS and my CCTC is 10.29 LPA and I hold 2 offers, one with with Bank of America for 17.5 LPA Fixed and with CTS for 19 LPA.
My last date is Dec-30 and I received a call today from TCS HR for retaining me for 16 LPA max.
Earlier,before the call I had Bank of america in mind ahead of CTS for its work culture ,hike %, job security and other benefits. But here in TCS also I have very good role, job security and comfort.Please suggest!!

I have a real estate client who at the top of his organization chart owns is 50/50 partners in a real estate investment company. First question is it advantageous to have the top of the organization 50/50 partners own the r/e company as an s-corp? That 50/50 company then owns 70% of holding company they own all the real estate as a partnership that the original partners are 35/35 and the investors own the remainder. All the real estate deals are then owned by this holding company.

Need advice from the forum as I am confused between the two offers. Thank you in advance.

Any thoughts on what a typical manager salary should be? Associates all start at 75 at BSR but managers fluctuate. Is 120k on par with other firms? 2 years experience in consulting, 5 industry, MA, and a subject matter expert. Is expecting a 45k jump with a promotion crazy?

Also, I have an idea of what I should be compensated in this type of role, but any insights on how they pay compared to others would be helpful.
