Working in healthcare has always been rewarding, but lately, I've been feeling frustrated about my pay. After putting in extra hours during a surge in patients, it felt disheartening to see little reflection of that effort in my paycheck. It’s tough to stay motivated when you’re giving so much and not seeing it valued. Has anyone else in the industry felt the same? How do you cope with the stress of balancing hard work and compensation?

I applied for a job and received an offer from my client. 15k+ bump in salary, better benefits/remote work, and responsibilities will give me exposure to all areas of the organization (start up). The problem is that they’re looking to staff me as a Senior when I’m currently a Manager at DT. They said they’re flexible on title, but curious to hear how others have navigated similar situations. I would report directly to the controller and have 1-2 staff reporting to me...

A company has made an offer and I wanted to understand if i'm being made a fool.

The monthly compensation is 1,37,500 (16,50,000 yearly) and Variable component (Bonus) is 1,50,000.

However in the offer it says "You shall be paid an annual compensation of Rs. 16,50,000/- per annum Cost to Company."

Which to me sounds like it doesn't consider 1,50,000 to be a part of CTC which is suspicious to me.

How should I deal with this?
