Would love some advice. Currently at MBB ~1.5 yrs into roll out of undergrad. Currently have a strong offer in tech and am considering taking it. Am hesitant because ive done well in consulting and feel like I may miss out on something by leaving but don’t think I’d be able to get a much better exit for another year+ anyways. I’m highly interested in tech and know I don’t want to be a consulting partner. Any advice?

Currently interviewing for a role at Amazon that is listed as a CW position, but I have direct experience in the product and capabilities this role is seeking, and the hiring manager is moving me forward. Been with Big Four advisory (GRC) for 10 years. Really tired of meaningless “consulting” and commoditized implementations. Recently been through a rough job search and finally landed an offer with a mid size bank in their risk practice. People say that the culture there is quite political and bitter but I’ll learn a heck lot and get a new opening on my resume. Salary is the same.
