Depends on what you want to do with your career. For instance, if you want to go in house, then I think staying at the more prestigious firm can only help you out. Need more data points, basically, such as how much more money.
I would certainly consider it. There are other factors to consider though.
Show me the moneyyyyyy!
Totally depends on priorities
What year are you? If you are past your 5th year then you would probably want to make sure this is the place you want to make partner.
Depends on a lot of factors but I wouldn't rule it out.

Why not?
It depends on whether it could impact future career moves and whether you would be willing to adjust to having fewer resources. I moved from a small firm (fewer than 20) to a large firm (1500+) and I don’t think I could ever go back - not because of prestige or even money but because of the resources (multistate surveys, more support staff) and the extra benefits (Bright Horizons backup care)

What year are you? If you're thinking partnership, there's more to consider than associate pay. Lots more.
Got offered partnership this year, decided to wait a little longer to develop practice. New firm offering partnership position within a year of joining. Current firm is great, leadership could be better, overall not bad. Current firm bonuses and raises are discretionary, even at partner level. New firm has clear formula upon meeting certain criteria.
Yes,
This sounds optimal for every party involved.
