In a heartbeat. You also have to take longevity into account because it's only a matter of time before AI tools and AI agents perform most of our jobs / tasks.

Never know if it’s more enjoyable until you’re in the job
Very true!

Yes what kind of question is this
Absolutely. Depends on the agency's values and reputation. Do they have your dream clients? Award winning work? Amazing track of work life balance?
Would only make a lateral move if my work was extremely toxic, or offered a lot more promise towards my long-term goals.
I took a job for less money and more enjoyable work
You will live longer and enjoy what you do every day more if you like or love what you do. .
a week is long, a few bucks more won’t compensate for not enjoying your job. The old cliche is true, find a job you like and you won’t work a day in your life. While we all need to eat and live indoors, if you love what you’re doing it’s a far bigger reward than starting somewhere mid for money
I changed jobs once for less money...a lot less money, cuz I thought I'd be doing "better work". 3 months later I returned to my old agency, thankfully at my old (higher) salary. Just be careful. This is advertising after all
I’m sorry, is this a trick question or is there a huge caveat to it??

More money and more enjoyable work? I don’t know. I’d give it serious consideration though.
Of course!
No doubt
Would you change jobs for a lot more money and only slightly more enjoyable work?
Absolutely
Yes, a thousand times yes.
Hell yeah
Yes
I will always chase the quality work over the extra pay.
