I moved from one bad credit union to another for the payroll. Yes, I wanted the money but now after 6 years my negotiated terms are not being followed and so I am looking again. A bad credit union could mean several things, the board of directors(have no clue how to operate(this is my situation) The CEO(has no clue how to keep employees(my situation) or just members who may not be educated enough about credit and credit history. I love the work I do in promoting our industry but management at this particular credit union is not what it should be and this leads to bad management will keep losing good employees. I say take the pay and negotiate the extras and make sure that after a particular set of years of employment that you are able to get the bump up which I did not have in writing, My fault, I assumed the handbook would be followed for my situation. To say the least, it was not, I was laughed at and told I already get the bump, why would the bump up happen for me. The laughed at is what ate at me. For me its about the pay and pto so now I am moving on. Good Luck in your decisions.

Hi Team,

I joined Mindtree on 8th Feb and not got project and I was waiting for last 2 and half month. So, i gave interview outside (tech mahindra) and got selected. Almost 30-35% they said they will give and i am negotiating on it.

My main concern was shift and i have some health issues and unable to continue in night shift in Mindtree and tech mahindra its purely EMEA shift and per project team update.

Shall i switch to tech Mahindra?
