Wow, DCA is horrible

Hello folks, so I’ve been trying to DCA twice a month. Every time I do we seem to hit a large drop right after. Does anyone have a strategy to mitigate this or do you just set a day per month to do it and not look back?

Pros:

- fairly decent place to work (from someone who worked with the Vancouver and San Jose offices). never met a blue badger (permanent employee) who had awful things to say.

- Ashley Goodall (their SVP, Methods & Intelligence) co-authored a brilliant book on leadership and people management called “Nine Lies About Work” that makes me believe they can be an awesome place to work

Cons:

- red badgers had low morale since they’re contract workers and can be terminated at any time

Very niche post, but any other ATL people who are fans of the band Nothing But Thieves? Dying to go see them when they are on tour in the US in the next few months and need a buddy to travel to one of their concerts!!
