I’m working w/ 2 recruiters as well as independently applying for positions on LinkedIn. Recruiter 3 contacts me regarding a listing I submitted myself to (firm then unknown) it’s one that R1+2 hadn’t flagged for me. I suspect R3 doesn’t actually know the market and hasn’t been in the industry long. However, out of respect I usually let the first R who finds a position for me submit me. Here, since I technically submitted myself to them, I am wondering what the right thing to do is.

I have been giving a few interviews lately and every Company is asking me to confirm if i can get my NP reduced from 90 Days to 45 or 60 Days. I'm still under probation but assigned to a Project already. Should I ask my Account Manager and HR about it or its unethical to do so. Hi new here. Idk what my value is and if I’m getting paid an amount that reflects my hard work. I am a paralegal for a small law firm (family and immigration) w only 1 attorney. I have about 20 files or more in my rotation at a time. I work on various types of cases at once. Some are simple, others are extensive. I feel like it’s very unstructured and one of the managers micromanages. It’s like every man for himself. Take home pay is $50k. I am working on my bachelors deg. Do I get paid enough?
