Yesterday, I accidentally sent an email to my company's all-managers list, which had over 25 people. A few minutes later, I quickly apologized, since I meant to send it to only my manager, but then my inbox exploded with replies. I'm feeling really embarrassed and anxious about it. I was only told to be more careful in the future, and nothing too serious has come of it yet. I can't shake off this feeling of being so careless though. Has anyone else been in a similar situation?

I've had a whoop for the past 8 months and since the last firmware update it simply doesn't actively synch and it's basically junk. I switched from my old apple watch 3 because I wanted the active heart rate monitoring to help my doctor with my blood pressure and it worked amazingly well. I certainly don't want to mislead anyone on the job responsibilities, but I do want to avoid any potential negative stereotypes attached to that job title.
