I accepted a $115K base salary, 13% bonus, 10k sign on bonus (scientist supervisor) job and two weeks later, got a $135K base, 17% bonus, and 15K sign on bonus (Senior scientist role) offer from another company. Should I accept the new offer ? How do I tell the previous company about this? Also, I’ve already negotiated with the first company and the $115K base is the negotiated salary. Hi guys, I have total 15 years of Business Analyst experience in IT industry. I recently joined TCS with a salary of 24.5 lacs as an Associate Consultant in my hometown. Lot better thn my previous package in DXC - 12 LPA. Am I placed as per market OR should I be looking for more?

I had applied in Infosys but the application was rejected after scheduling interview. They said they will but they did not. My ex colleague tried but refer me later but it says another application already exists.
