Young consultant here, fairly new to points and all that! I’ve got a decent bit of points on Chase / United / Southwest from the good old days. I’m looking to take some short domestic flights in the next 6 months and most are really cheap ($50-150). It feels like it’s cheaper to pay cash and hold on to points for later, especially when prices go up. Any thoughts or advice?

But recruiters just see my most recent role is EA and that’s all they want to talk to me about. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? Also, will claimable components like LTA, mobile bill reimbursement etc. be in addition to this fixed component or will they be included in it?
