Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .

yeah i used to do this all the time pre-pandemic. use the points for the expensive flights to save money and pay cash for the cheap ones. sometimes i would use points for a cheap one if the redemption was good. there’s no rule for this, just whatever makes sense with your points.
that said, there is a general rule that points now are worth more than points later due to the trend of depreciation, and i wouldn’t be surprised if covid accelerates that at some level.
The secret to airlines is to use points with shorter flights... Pay for your longer flights to stack those mqm and snag top tier.
If you can afford cheap flights I'd pay for them in cash. Most credit card points for travel are actually a giant ripoff
I use points for traveling to see my family or taking a personal trip when the prices are higher
If i can't even get flights with miles valued at the lowest rate (1cpp) cheaper than paying cash, then there's no way I'm using points/miles.
OP before COVID, i can definitely get 1.5 cpp or higher but now the ticket price is just so low that it sometimes goes below 1cpp. Like what P1 said, every program is valued differently but i would never settle for anything under 1cpp.
The best advice is focus on value of points rather than whether it’s long or short.
However, make sure if you are going for status on an airline that you read the fine print on whether award bookings count. Sometimes it’s worth spending more on a flight to give you status and therefore more points in the future.
lastly, usually I don’t use points to pay for travel i wouldn’t otherwise take. you’re not really saving any money in that case.
