Can’t go wrong with ZS especially given the significantly higher comp vs Deloitte
I am biased but since you said MBA and life-sciences then definitely ZS.
I was sponsored by ZS to attend an MBA and while sponsorship is not at MBB level (they pay you back after you come back, rather than directly to the school) it is still decent and ZSers mostly land in M7 or LBS/INSEAD.
When I applied - 4, when I started - 5.

I’m biased (ZS partner) but this would maybe be a tough call if Deloitte were offering you more $ than ZS. The other way around? No brainer.
Also, the ZS Philly office has awesome people. I’m not there but some of my favorite leaders are.

You haven't listed a single pro in favour of Deloitte. I'd take ZS just on the basis of comp

Unpopular opinion - you don’t want to return to same firm after MBA because you are likely to be pushed on the same roles you did before MBA. I recommend take bigger offer and save more for your MBA
Not the case in ZS - coming back in a month and I am absolutely free to choose any office and team in general consulting space (aka not tech or operations)
ZS all the way. Business schools know and like the ZS brand, and it will likely help more than Deloitte.
I am biased but ZS is a great place from my experience
50% bump is massive! Curious what’s your new TC!!

ZS based on comp. I’m in the Deloitte Philly office, we have great LS leadership here but 50% comp bump is massive.
Re MBA- GSAP is the program I think you’re referring to. It’s great but super competitive to get in plus if you get the comp now and can pay for it on your own, why commit the extra 3 years at Deloitte to pay it back?
You have to commit the same number of years at ZS too
Of course ZS. Bias aside, ZS really values its people and culture is amazing. Philly office is great and brimming with talent.

Funny, I’m actually ready to leave ZS to join Deloitte for a 50% TC bump and I’m based in Philly. I really like ZS and wouldn’t mind returning one day, but I can’t pass up the $$$

Where are they putting you at Deloitte? I’m about to leave but happy to send a name or two for Philly LS leadership names.
