ZS fish! In a bit of a conundrum. As a NYC-based employee, I got offered final round interviews at either the Princeton or Philly offices due to the NYC office having already staffed up. The other caveat is that it's for a general SIP role rather than Health Plan/Provider. Any thoughts on when the offices plan on ending remote work, and what types of industries I'll probably see if not healthcare? Thought about requesting to transfer offices after the year but heard it can be an long process.

Hi! I am a pharmacy technician trainer in New England and I'm interested in salaries in Virginia. Currently up north, I make $26.11/hr to train new techs and pharmacists and have received a raise every year since 2019. Is this there anything even comparable in VA? I have 3 years experience and an associates degree in health science. Is it even worth looking?

I have been working remotely since covid getting nothing but positive reviews. My company is not remote friendly and is now telling me I have to return to the office or I lose my job. I just found out a co-worker had a remote position created for them, without a job posting, without an interview and without the experience required (normally a license or certification would be mandatory). I understand life isn’t fair but is there an ethical problem with this?

If there is a case that we have to quarantine again. Do you all think it is possible for store associates to work remotely? If so, what are some ways this could work? I fear another pandemic or outbreak and so many people being out of work again. I can't even fathom those that had jobs in retail that had little to no choice to not be remote.
