Thought this was neat from research we did on burnout + turnover. Burned out but dissatisfied employees (who rate their employers 1-3 stars on Glassdoor) see some increase in turnover, but the increase is larger for burned out & otherwise satisfied employees who rate their employers 4-5 stars

Intuitively, employees who hate their jobs are going to leave anyway regardless of whether they are burned out or not. Burnout is especially dangerous bc it can drive away high performers/culture carriers
