this likely changes at every agency but i would ask the hiring manager if they have a breakout of R&Rs across each level so you can understand what you need to do in your role and what you need to do as you move up and also lets you be aware of where you may need help
Independence.
I would expect to only minimally supervise you and have you be an effective partner to account, client, and creative as well as other agencies.
Management skills are much more individual. I wouldn’t force you to manage others if you’d rather be an individual contributor.
I think the big differences day-to-day would be
1) how many projects you're on at once
2) your client interactions
3) managing juniors
3) my current weakness, managing folks is a distinct skill
Independence. Ability to influence. Leadership (different than management). Flexibility/range across assignment types

For me, it was about recognizing and selling in incremental opportunities
