Tips for my first comp talk?

What is the salary range of an Assistant Account Executive in NYC? (2 1/2 years of experience)

What is an appropriate hourly rate for an account director w/ 10 yrs experience if I’m freelancing? My full time salary was $170k for reference.

How does your firm measure utilization? I work for a small boutique that defines it as utilization = number of billable hours/2,080 and full bonus payout occurs at 80% plus.
