A recruiter reached out to me directly from IBM Canada to interview for a Cloud Support Senior Program Manager role. I’ve got just under 10 years of professional work experience - 2 and half as a PM and have worked vendor before. I also have my PMP and disciplined agile certs. Can anyone give me insight on this role and what could be comp? I’m in Toronto and also wanted to know the culture and crowd.

Deloitte S&O Managers - what's your base salary?
AlixPartners fish, I am expecting an offer for SVP in the digital practice. I need to give them my comp expectation today. Currently M at B4 with 15 yrs in industry and 2 yrs in consulting. What is the total comp (base+ bonus) that I can ask for? What sign-on bonus is typical? Thanks in advance AlixPartners
Interviewing for principal program manager at Microsoft. 2 questions: 1. While levels.FYI suggested the TC, what do you think is the ideal split between RSU vs base vs bonus? Level 65. 2. If we choose RSU as 60k, and the vesting is 25% for 4 years, what does the TC look like for the 2nd year?
I left tcs,its already 35 days, still my tcs almuni portal is not working. Its showing my salary has been suspended. I told them I will not work in tcs,as per policy.I will do what ever I need to do. Can any one share me the Global HR mail ID for BPS?
Is it too aggressive for an IB associate1 to be targeting corporate director of finance roles? Further what comp can I reasonably expect in industry?
I accidentally lowballed my desired salary for senior level. I’m quite sure I’ll be receiving an offer letter. Any tactics for negotiating a higher salary?
What is the appropriate amount of time to follow up with a company after they've verbally told you they would be giving you an offer? I don't want to look desperate as I know that's not great for salary negotiation but it's been a week and I really want to follow up!
What is the compensation offered by Deloitte at ISB during campus recruitment in consultant level?
I received an offer from Big 4 for an SC3 role. The offer states that I will be eligible for a salary adjustment in Oct 2022. What does this mean? Is that when annual raises occur, or will they review my performance and determine if I should be promoted to manager? I have enough YOE for a manager, but the team recommends that I come in as SC3 to learn how things are done since I have no prior consulting experience.
Hi, I am working in F500 company and moving from US to Canada due to visa constraints. I have been offered 10% increase to move from US salary to Canada salary. Is it a norm? Do companies actually convert the salaries using some Fx rate or they give around this same bracket. Really appreciate some opinions or stories if they have been in the same boat.
Can you let me know if the salary package of Php 80,000/month for staff 4 at EY is okay?
Newly promoted experienced hire SC making $113k, 10 YOE (switched industries). Got an offer from TCS in an Advisory practice (not the tech sweatshop stuff that I keep seeing people mention). Base salary is $190k and in TCS equivalent of a M role. Downside to taking the salary hike and boomeranging back to D in ~2 years? FYI - I have 2 kids, so that kind of pay raise is kind of a big deal.
Currently a C with 2.5 YOE in PMO. Came in at the lower salary range and looking to take advantage of a hot market. Any companies hiring in Federal space?
What's the normal/average percentage of performance bonus paid out at KPMG global services?
Has anyone interviewed for or joined Squarespace recently? Looking for insight into their final round interviews, what they look for, etc. Would also love to hear input on comp & offers made. Any thoughts are appreciated!
Do I cut my salary by 50% for an early stage start-up, pre-Series B today? I could be a millionaire in a few years but the salary cut would be very painful for short-to-middle term. How do you make the call? I’m okay where I am, could probably go hard for more pay at year end but was interested in the opp. This calculation feels much different with a family vs single in my 20s. Please help.
So interviewed at an airline company for analyst position. Apparently they expect everyone to return to office most days, max 2 remote days a week. I LOVE remote work. I'm not micromanaged and can complete my work efficiently. - is this something negotiable? Any other airlines not requiring a return to office? Looking for flight benefits and remote work in combination...
My manager just offered me “coaching advice” and called me “aggressive”. He was referring to feedback I gave on a call w new management, who are considering shifting our jobs to a new role but not increasing our pay. The new role is the same as a role 2 levels higher. 5 folks on my team slacked me to thank me for saying what I said. I’m shocked it took until 33 to get this feedback. Although I’m seething, I’m taking my power back and reframing it as “I spoke like a man in a meeting”.
In mid 40s, recommendation to have 401k portfolio. I have vanguard with only 155k as I started 401k few years back..
Fish fam, advice needed: I received an SA offer from S& and need to decide if I should accept. Will be transitioning from Industry (3 yoe). Current role at F100 - recently promoted to global role and EVP likes me, I like the team, great visibility (M&A files etc), LT Opptys to do a stint in a different geography. However, comp progression is glacial. S&- base comp is 25% more, would be interesting to go back to client work, negative would def be WLB . continued- Strategy&
What exactly are the benefits of a masters degree? From what I know and at least for the entry and mid-senior level, analysts aren’t doing too much statistical modeling, but rather churning out reports. Will having a masters degree equal to higher pay?
Who out of the big 4 does the most innovative/interesting work in Healthcare/life sciences? Currently at Deloitte
I have an interview scheduled for this Friday but I’m feeling very unprepared. I need more time to think through my professional experiences and how that translates to the role in question. How does it look if I move the interview to next Friday? Would that raise eyebrows?
Hi UK 🐠s, I’m a US citizen getting married in India in late April. My sister (US citizen), bro-in-law (UK citizen) and nephew (US & UK citizen) are residing in London. Is it currently possible for them to travel out of the country given the lock down?

If my firm allows both traditional and Roth 401K, which one should I invest in? 27 years old, $90k salary.
Accenture CN peeps, my manager has not been able to staff me to a project for 2 weeks now after my release from one of the projects where the role as as good as content manager’s. I had voluntarily asked for my roll off as the role was just to upload come content on various platforms. They tried allocating me to some internal project but I asked them to staff me on a client facing project. I want to know what is the impact of all this on your performance or relationship with manager etc.?
Anyone have any tips for switching from midsized to firm to big law in Chicago? Litigation, non equity partner that is going nowhere at my current firm. Doing insurance defense but have significant trial, deposition and discovery experience.
Been here several years. Only just clicked to me how predatory Big 4 are. Business model is to use cheap, underpaid labor from college grads who can't go elsewhere or pay debts. Churn em and burn em.
Hey geniuses, financial modelling question: how do you account for the risk of fines in an excel business case model? For example if your project would eliminate a 10% risk each year of being fined $1m. Do I model it as a $1m P&L benefit a year? $100k? Something else? Thanks!
If you took another offer and resigned but then got an interview for a dream job, do you disclose in the interview that you’re no longer employed at your current firm?
Rolled off a horrible project due to budget constraints, one week on the bench, and just sold a dream role for myself starting Monday. It's been a good week 😀
I started working in a agency two months ago, and I have two very big projects running simultaneously. My Creative Director left for paternity leave, and left me with all the work, facing the client, going to shootings, editing. I've been working 15 days straight, no weekends. The agency hasn't given me any back up/someone I can team up with to do the job. Is this normal? I'm used to have a partner, a copywriter or another creative working alongside. Keep in mind that I'm mid-level.
