I have 5.2 years of experience into Salesforce development and TechM was offering me 11 lpa ctc 5 months back....For some reasons, I was compelled to join CTS which offered me only 9.6LPA.

Now I realise that I am being underpaid and also I see no growth in the kind of project I am working with here in CTS....

I have an offer of 14 LPA. How much should I ask for if CTS plans to retain me?? Please help me with this.... I don't have any clue of the retention policies here in CTS..

Currently have 5 YOE in industry. Have been offered £60k with no bonus or sign on bonus for a position in ops consulting. Seems low in my opinion - thoughts?

Some companies give hike according to certain percentage. Nw from my previous Company's Ctc was very less. So if i am getting an 40% hike based on my previous CTC it's still less then my expected CTC and it II be difficult for me to survive and relocate in metro cities. How are the variable components paid out in Oracle? Do they usually pay out 100%? What is the hike culture at Oracle - year on year?

Intl Tax folks, how long did it take before you were confident in your role? I've worked for the past 3 years in a practice that is heavily consulting based (inbound and outbound structuring) and I feel like I'm only just starting to understand the foundational concepts (where I can explain them clearly to clients) and offering a shred of value. Then I'll have calls where partners discuss complex tax, legal, treasury and other related concepts that all go over my head.. it becomes overwhelming
