Anyone from CBS ET here? The management is so toxic and pathetic. I want to resign without even having a backup offer. Too scared to take such a step owing to financial responsibilities.
Not able to bear with their shitty attitude.

Need advice & perspectives: I got a verbal review from my manager saying he couldn’t see me as senior cuz I didn’t follow the design doc format he mandates from all designers. While I have been the only designer who does almost everything from design, UI asset creation, wiring up UI in Unity (I am in mobile gaming).
Also the product I’m on has been in MVP stage, things move extremely fast and design decisions changed constantly. He’s not on my team.
Am I crazy for thinking him a bad manager?

Since recruiters are looking for the candidate with relevant experience only theoretical knowledge doesn’t help they need a candidate with practical Experience who has worked on an project So can anybody help me to understand how can one switch the technology from JD Edwards to SCM Cloud ?
