My LWD is 24th July so recruiter is saying that they will release the offer letter with 22nd June as jd and later on extend it by a month. Please share ur thoughts on this..

In the early stages of interviewing at a large company for an in-house role. They volunteered some basic comp information at the first interview to be transparent. A large portion of the comp (40%) comes in the form of RSUs. If we progress further, what questions should I be asking about the RSUs? The vesting schedule is key. Thoughts on pros / cons of this form of comp? My biggest concern is that the base salary is too low for me to comfortably live on…but the “total compensation” is great!

Any thoughts on the best % in Roth and traditional 401k?
