What % down payment would you recommend making on a home in a HCOL? I was thinking 5%, but have heard that 20% is the standard. What is it about Palantir that gets people so excited? I think they are in a good niche but it doesn’t seem like their tech is necessarily a differentiator. I think that there is a lot of value in both their data and their relationships but I don’t know how they have leverage these. I like the company and like the leadership but am a little bit confused about the valuation. I bought PLTR at $10 and am considering buying more but would like to better understand the story.
