I joined Accenture exactly at the end of band. Will it affect my appraisals is even 0% hike possible if I joined at the band end.


Example band end at 21 for level 9. Will I not get any hikes.

How is appraisal process and variable pay in Accenture. How long should an employee has to wait for next level of promotion.

Stick around for possible Manager promotion at Accenture to ~$140K base or jump to a Oliver Wyman as an associate at $155K base? Currently sitting at $115K.
