Teradata : 10.5 Fix
Accenture : 11 Fix + 21% Variable + 60K joining Bonus

Which one is the best suitable for my experience.

Deciding factor :

2. Compensation
3. Yearly Increment
4. Promotion

Is it good to join as project manager in hcl with 12 yoe?. My top priority is for job security and wlb.

I need help figuring out if I’m being underpaid. I’m working in real estate private equity and I focus on fund models and property valuations. I’m currently at base $80k and 20% bonus. Offer states up to 30% travel (but was told 20% is more realistic). No further info given such as location of accounts I'd be working on or a baseline other AMs travel. Feels like a red flag. Not interested in much travel. Quarterly is manageable. Any insights from others in similar roles??
