A friend of mine has just left Infosys BPM (Consultant). He is serving notice period. It's been 1 month and it seems like manager is hell bent to make him work day and night. Higher offers at 27-28 with more fixed pay is from contract and hire/fire type companies. Mostly indirect hiring instead of direct employment with the final employer, means higher pay with lower jon security - we get little more pay, companies get the option to let go with ease later!
