I may be transferring from Deloitte Advisory to Deloitte Consulting. Will I technically be resigning from Advisory (e.g., cashing out PTO, paying back bonuses, etc.) or carrying over?

I’m supposed to start at Deloitte on Monday but have no logistics yet. Left talent advisor a voice mail and sent multiple emails. No response yet, maybe he is still on vacation. Any suggestions?

One of the nice things about Booz Allen (there are few) is that PTO hours count toward your billable target. I heard this is not the case for Deloitte. What other firms penalize vacation?

Naive question: I’ve heard Deloitte will sometimes buy unused PTO if there’s a case to be made on your inability to use it in the year due to project demands.
