Anyone know if Deloitte pays out PTO if you leave?

How does Deloitte pays off PTO when we leave? I have ~80h do I get an extra paycheck for two weeks? Or they will rationalize that to 10 days?

Can someone please tell me the rate at which your PTO balance is credited when you leave Deloitte? I heard it’s at base salary (prorated for hours) Thanks so much!

Maybe a dumb question but does Deloitte gets paid time to look for a next job? And other big four?

Hey everyone! Hope everyone is enjoying the holiday today! I’m currently working at Deloitte and looking for referrals to EY/KPMG/PWC/Accenture. Working in the strategy and analytics practice.

I received an offer from Deloitte as a Consultant - the offer letter didn’t specify amount of PTO. Should I clarify this with the recruiter or is it standard at every level?

Does every firm end the year with endless amounts of “Holiday Philosophy “ emails from senior leadership, or is it just Deloitte?

Question for BAH - are you able to expense taxi/uber for after hour safety from your holiday event to home? I know most companies let you and so does Deloitte. Asking for a Booz friend.

Is 15 days PTO too low for moving to a staff industry job? The pay and benefits are great, and I like the team/am interested in the role. Wondering if this is too light since Deloitte give has 20+

Just finished a vacation in Iceland... and there’s Deloitte and KPMG offices all over the place - even in really tiny towns (Höfn, Heimay, etc)

Can anyone explain? Why bother having offices there??

does EY have significantly more vacation to use than Deloitte? I would get 22 pto plus 3 personal plus 10 family sick leaves at EY. deloitte has only 23? that too it sounds against utilization

Trying to decide between Capgemeni and Deloitte - same level, both human capital consulting. The differences are comp and benefits - Capgemeni is 15% more in comp but half of Deloitte’s PTO days.
