Hi Everyone. I got an offer from wipro, ibm and Deloitte(3l joining bonus). Wipro and Deloitte offered the same and ibm offered extra 1 lakh. Which is good for 5 years experienced professional?

Deloitte or EYP at the SM/SD level? Which one would you go with given I don’t have a lot internal contacts. I’d expect compensation to be the same but I wonder if EYP grows faster
