Have competitive offers from Accenture and Deloitte both in strategy. Even though I have a small network at accenture I’m leaning toward Deloitte due to slightly higher base, higher bonus, better sign on, more pto, better benefits and the way I was treated during the interview process. Had two rounds of interviews for an in house role and really like the company/job. I followed up Friday regarding next steps and was told they are still interviewing and should be wrapping up soon. Advice on how to stay calm? I want the position and need to know if there’s a way to speed up the process.

Hey! Ive been in banking as Licensed RM, I just need 7 and 65 and I’m looking to move to the securities. I’ve interviewed with AXA and Mutual of Omaha, but I need a recommendation for an entry-level.

Been on the job hunt for the past 3 months. Applied to 200+. Interviewed with 15 companies (big tech + mid sized) but failing at either hiring manager round or ghosted after onsite.
