This also house payer ops, health IT, etc. Performance Optimization is another Solution that focuses more on clinical ops and cost reductions. We have a really strong track record in this area globally but are still adapting this methodology in the US

I know of one Senior going to Deloitte next month and we did transfer a bunch of people to OTS last year when Rev Cycle was slow. Not sure of the tech projects in OTS though
Depends. Do you have more specifics? Risk, Performance Improvement, Audit, etc? Provider, payer, pharma, government, etc?
Performance improvement - provider. Rev cycle strategy and ops.
What about perf improvement?
How about healthcare group within OTS? What type of projects they do on tech side? In early stage of interviews

I’ve seen EY health technlogy in the market more the last few months; winning deals. Looks like they’re rebuilding that group. Used to be the market leader. Could be interesting given EY’s heritage
