Deloitte is 1.25%. Lol. We have a pension, but I’ve been there for 5 years and my pension is now $100/month when I retire. So it definitely doesn’t make up for the lack of 401k match for employees who are partners
Accenture matches up to 6%
PwC is 25% match on upto 6% (effectively 1.5%).
However they counter by offering the Wealth Builder account that is 100% firm contributed.
For example, for associates, the firm automatically adds 3% (1% onetime bonus for new associates) and it fully vests after 5 years.
Each level is 1% more than the previous I believe. So manager should be 5 or 6%— someone correct me if I’m mistaken though.
10% of total comp automatically contributed (profit sharing) plus 25% match of first 6%
Automatic contribution of ~7%, no match
401k - 50% match up to 5% (effectively 2.5%). 5 year vest.
Pension - adds another 1.5-2%. New MBA hires get 7500 put in the pension to start you off. Pension is a cash pension with a fixed interest coupon so it can be rolled into an IRA if you leave. 3 yr vest
At Accenture it depends on your career track (I’m speaking for AFS). For C&M the company matches up to 6%. Fully vested after a year I believe.
Huron matches up to 6%
100% match up to 6%
Sapient used to be 1.25% effectively but now they match up to 4% of our salaries.
Per my Accenture offer I get $1 for $1 401k match up to 6%, ESP at 15% discount twice a year, RSUs at company discretion fully vested in 3 years
McK - 7% of what? Base or base plus bonus plus profit sharing. I received ~$3k from the firm in direct 401k contribution plus $27k in profit sharing to 401k.
IBM gives 1% without contribution and an additional match of 100% of your contributions up to 5% (for a total of 6%).
The match is distributed all at once at the end of the calendar year and vests immediately.
It is not offered for your first 2 years out of UG.
