Freshly groomed and feeling fine !

Guys, Off the topic !
I bought a flat, but it didn't come with 4 wheeler parking, so I had to park on the street outside the apartment. However, the builder still has three closed parking spaces available. Could anyone recommend a negotiated price or a percentage off the flat rate for covered parking?
Thanks.

My wife started as an M at Accenture earlier this year coming from industry. I’ve never worked at Accenture or any b4, but I had to explain to her how up or out works. She also didn’t know that she came in with 24 months at level and what that meant. Really surprised none of this was communicated during hiring or by her manager.

M1, where are you a manager?
Don’t forget about the free 4K you get too
100% match up to 6%. Match begins immediately, fully vested after 1 year
I'm with D1 on this...
What does Fully Vested mean ?
OP - that’s very much inline with most corporate plans. You’ll find some better versions in consulting though. You also get double (or more) the parental leave that I do
Manager 1 - meaning that if you were to quit after year 1, you can take the match (free money) with you
Accenture 1 is wrong. You don’t start matching until after your first year and you vest after 2 at Accenture
Backed when I joined 6 yeare ago we got what A1 said. 100% up to 6%, 1 year fully vested. That may have changed for new joiners in recent years. I've also heard its different depending on your DTE.
Ours is 25% up to 6%. Pretty shitty so we have a defined contribution pension plan for us peasants to make up for it.
Really D1 ? 🙄
Huron is same as ACN
Then Huron is the same as ACN1 thinks Accenture is
Partner 1- “subject to vesting” when is that $4k officially yours?
Still curious to know where Manager 1 is employed. When did they institute the 4k contribution? Same time as all the pension changes couple years back?
Welp I’m staying for 5 years then
50% match up to 6% of comp, fully vested immediately
Here’s the kicker... Cognizant 401k plan isn’t qualified via HCE non HCE participation, so we’re capped at $5500 in contributions.
😵🔫
SM1, it was true for me when I came in some years back. It's possible that it has changed since then, I know some of our other benefits have
Then Huron is the same as when ACN1 joined Accenture
EY1, I believe it’s when you’re fully vested but I honestly don’t remember. If you go to our policy site, it spells it out there, so definitely check.
